  1. But Dahling, I know we’ll all just adore this next mystery! (did I get that right?)

Looking forward to reading it. Congratulations and warm hugs, again!

    • Curt, What would I do without you and your wonderful humor? Thanks so much. Hugs back at you, and to our whole Detroit contingent.

  2. Congratulations Liesa! I look forward to reading your new book – I’m sure I will enjoy it as much as I did your first one.

    • Thanks, Lesley. It’s so flattering that you took the time to read “Faith.” I hope “Sliced Veggie” gives you a couple of hours of fun, especially as you dig into empty-nesting. Love to all out west.

  3. Congratulations, Liesa! The launch party is a fantastic way for all of you to celebrate success, support each other, and spread the news about your books.

    • Thanks Jeanne. I’m really looking forward to the party. Will I see you at Bouchercon? Have a great day.

  4. Hi Liesa:
This is HUGELY helpful information. Thank you. And how exciting! Congratulations once again. I’ve found that Joanna Penn, Lise Cartwright and Chandler Bolt (you can Google them or check out their non-fiction books on Amazon) are fully invested in helping writers launch and market their books, complete with action lists and launch schedules and marketing and all that stuff. This blog and we, your faithful fans, are a major part of your platform.
    So what’s the next title?

  5. Liesa, thanks for dispelling some of the myths of a book launch. I like you description of a book launch month. It is a drawn out process, but that gives your book more time to get sales going. Best wishes for Sliced Vegetarian. I can’t wait to read your newest novel!

    • Hi Catherine. Thanks for commenting, and I can’t wait to get my hands on “Stone Cold Case” in a couple of weeks. Good luck with your own launch plans.

  6. The new sell sheet from Five Star is an excellent tool for promotion. When my first two books were published, I made my own promo page with Microsoft Publisher. The one from Five Star is much nicer.

    • Hi Pat,

Thanks for visiting here! It’s a true honor to have a Colorado Book Award finalist on site. Perhaps I can convince you to post a little about “Dead Wrong” sometime? Wishing you well.

      • Also, Thanks for the Five Star plug. They deserve it. I love my sell sheet and hope to earn more from them.
